House on the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune is a lovely book! Really sweet and just a fun read.

Thank you for linking a cute pair of athletic-style shoes. I find so many of them too clunky! And I would second anything by Emily Henry. I particularly enjoyed "Happy Place" this summer. Also, I wouldn't say it was an easy, breezy read, but "Tom Lake" was fantastic!

They can be so clunky! Thank you for the recommendation. Have you read Funny Story? My friend just read that one but didn't seem overly excited about it. Thank you!

I haven’t read Funny Story, but noted.

The Paris Novel by Ruth Reichl ticks all of the boxes of light/fun/enjoyable! I think you'll also connect to the main character's complex relationship with her mother. It doesn't get too heavy, and the food writing is lovely. I zipped right through it!

It really is--also, Paris in the 80s? Can't go wrong!

Wives like us is a fun read especially since you were just in the UK!

Anything by Emily Henry is easy and quick to get through. I also love Taylor Jenkins Reid.
