I took time off from my old company almost 4 years ago and never went back. My daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia in May 2020, just a few months into a global pandemic, 6 weeks before her baby sister was born. It changed me – there was no going back after that.
The majority of business partnerships fail. It’s rare that two people perfectly align on how to run a company and manage a team, and that’s ok. Some friendships, romantic relationships, and even familial relationships aren’t meant to work out, either.
