Yesterday, I met with my doctor, and just over a year after our first appointment, I’m feeling better than ever.

To recap, I started seeing a doctor who takes a different approach to health, focusing on whole-body wellness through labs, body scans, heart health, and more. Nothing about her practice is one-size-fits-all—she tailors everything to the individual, considering their body and genetics.

Our first appointment was in November 2023. As a mom of three young kids, I wanted to prioritize and take control of my health.

Now, one year later, I’m excited to share how far I’ve come. I’ll walk you through where I was when I started vs where I am now (there’s even a chart!) the medications I’ve taken, and what I’m staying on for the long haul. It’s been a journey, but I’m feeling great in my skin and my relationship with food has never been healthier.
