On paper, 2025 was a good work year. Income was up from 2024, I launched a podcast, and my business grew. The constant switching between projects left me feeling scattered and burned out, but that’s not a bad things. We need to see what isn’t working in order to understand what does. I’m going into 2026 with a clearer mind and a stronger sense of what I want (and less) of.

Launching my podcast felt like a step in the right direction. Talking to people about their stories, what they’ve learned, and creating space for connection and conversations that help others feel inspired feels meaningful.

I was telling a friend how worried I am about keeping up with the podcast and everything else going into the new year, and she suggested moving to biweekly. This feels like the perfect balance of getting to do what I want, and not feeling like I’m always churning.

Here’s a look back and my work year. At what grew, what didn’t, and how things shifted compared to 2024. I’ll share what was the most profitable, and what I want to do more and less of this year.

If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below. I’m here to help!
