I started seeing my private practice doctor about a year ago. We did a deep-dive into my health with tests, labs, medication, and supplements. My hormones were a mess, I was pre-diabetic, overweight, and my iron levels were terrible among other things. I want to share how far I’ve come and the medication I’m staying on long-term, and my plans to keep my health in-check.
